Although Italian by birth, OLIVA GRECO
lived for many years in Mexico and the USA before
returning to her roots in Tuscany. Cooking was always
at the heart of family life as her grandmother was
a passionate cook and Olivia her willing assistant,
so cooking professionally was a natural career choice.
In 1999 she met Heidi Lascelles who persuaded her
to leave her long-standing post as a chef at a Tuscan
fattoria and devote herself to teaching cookery, both
here at The Italian Cooking School and at BOOKS for
COOKS in London.
Neapolitan DIANA FORMISANO is based
in Tuscany where she works as a professional chef
in gourmet restaurants in the Chianti area. She brings
the flavour of the sun-drenched South to The Italian
Cooking School, where guests can enjoy her cooking
in the evenings on the terrace or in the sala da pranzo.
PIERPAOLO MORONI lives and works
in Rome, where he specialises in natural cuisine and
gourmet vegetarian cooking. His culinary passion makes
him the ideal guide to accompany you on your excursions
around the region.
HANNA HARDMEIER has been living
in Florentine Tuscany for the last twenty years. She
gained her diploma with Ohashi International Shiatsu
School and currently works as a Shiatsu practitioner
and a teacher at a Shiatsu school in Florence. Hanna
is a great believer in using body movement and eating
well for better health. |
