class? We offer tailor-made cooking classes. You can
structure one (or two!) day - or week-long - courses
according to your wishes with your own friends and
family. Courses are for groups of minum 4, maximum 8 persons. Contact Heidi to

As well as hands-on cooking classes, options include
market tours, visits to local artisanal food producers,
wine tours and tastings, baking in a wood-burning
oven, swimming and sunning in the summer, walks through

Since retiring from BOOKS for
COOKS, Heidi has become a full-time Tuscan and devotes

Pick your own olive oil
Join us for a weekend of olive picking at Podere
Pianamicino in the heart of Chianti country. Also
on the menu are a visit to the local oil press to
see your olives being made into oil, wine tasting
at a renowned local vineyard, cooking classes with
Olivia Greco celebrating the rich flavours of the
season, and cooking in a wood-burning stove.
