Booking
Conditions
1.
Bookings will only be accepted upon receipt of a signed
completed Booking Form
together with a deposit of Euro 500 per person. Please
see paragraph 6 with regard to insurance cover. If
you make a booking with us a binding Contract will
come into existence when we despatch a booking confirmation
to you. The contract is governed by English Law and
is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English
Courts. The balance of the holiday cost must be received
by us not less than eight weeks before the course
begins.
2.
We cannot accept any liability where the performance
of our Obligations is prevented or affected by reasons
of force majeure. For the purpose of these conditions
"force majeure" means any event which we
or the supplier of the service(s) in question could
not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such
events may include war or threat of war, civil strife,
industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or
nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions
and all similar circumstances beyond our control.
3.
We must reserve the right to cancel. We will cancel
if you fail to make full payment on time or if we
are forced to do so in circumstances where we are
unable to provide the course booked. If we have to
cancel for reasons other than your failure to pay,
we will refund to you all monies paid or offer an
alternative course, if available, (with you paying
or receiving a refund in respect of any price difference)
or cancelling your holiday and receiving a full refund.
4.
We accept responsibility if the services we have contractually
agreed to provide prove to be deficient or not of
a reasonable standard. Save in respect of death or
personal injury our maximum liability under this clause
is limited to the total price paid by the person affected
in total. However for loss or damage to or of luggage
or of personal possessions (including money) our maximum
liability in all cases is limited to Euro 30 per person
affected as you are assumed to have taken out adequate
insurance to protect your belongings (see para 6).
5.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have
the necessary passports, visas and travelling documents.
6.
It is a condition of our accepting the booking that
you are adequately insured. Such insurance should
cover full medical expenses, personal luggage, personal
accident, accidental loss or damaged property, cancellation
and curtailment, personal liability, legal expenses
and emergencies.
7.
The accommodation is not subject to local hotel regulations.
All clients should be aware of this and you will stay
at your own risk.
8.
In the interest of hygiene and safety you are advised
to wear appropriate clothing including low heeled
shoes in the kitchen at all times.
9.
Please bring any problem to our attention immediately
so that we have an opportunity to put it right at
the time. If your complaint cannot be completely resolved
locally, you must inform us in writing within 14 days
of your return home. If you fail to follow this simple
procedure, we cannot accept responsibility for any
claim as we have been deprived of the opportunity
to investigate and rectify the problem. |
